Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We're seeking candidates with a minimum of one year experience for this position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and routing incoming calls
  • Greeting customer walk-ins and taking charge of their service
  • Providing administrative support for President, Sales and Accounts team
  • Maintaining an organized filing system
  • Taking responsibility for couriers and mails
  • Coordinating with external vendors for services
